Pre-Authorized Giving

The work of the parish is made possible through our parishioners' gifts of time, talent, and treasure. These gifts make parish life truly vibrant and help us fulfill our mission of loving God and neighbour.

Pre-Authorized Giving ensures that the parish has a stable financial base to do its ministry work. Not only do you help build that solid financial base during reduced offering (e.g. snow days, summer vacations, stay-at-home orders during national emergencies, etc.), but also that peace of mind that your contributions have reached the parish every single month.

WHY SHOULD I PARTICIPATE?

• Advantages for the donor: Convenience and continual support for the parish during reduced offertory.
• Advantages for the parish: A regular and dependable flow of contributions, greatly assisting our ministry work.

HOW DO I ENROLL?

• Prayerfully decide: How much would you like to give to St. Theresa's Parish each month? (NOTE: The money will be withdrawn from your bank account each month)
• Download the Pre-Authorized Giving form from our website, fill-out the application section, attach a void cheque, and then submit it to the Parish Office.

IS MY CONTRIBUTION GOING TO BE SAFE?

The Archdiocese of Toronto's Office of Development administers the Pre-Authorized Giving Plan for the parish.

We will be issuing tax receipts for all offertory gifts.
